The above package is not valid during national holidays, festivals, long weekends and New Year
Heavens Management and Services (Pvt) Ltd reserves the right to change/modify or terminate the offer any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice
Any expenses caused by reasons beyond our control such as flight delays, rescheduling or cancellations, any accidents, medical evacuations, riots, strikes, etc. need to be borne by the guest
Cancellation Policy:
We reserve the right to cancel any booking in unavoidable circumstances.
25% cancellation of total package amount if cancelled after confirmation.
50% cancellation of total package amount if cancelled within 30 days prior to check in.
75% cancellation of total package amount if cancelled within 15 days prior to check in.
100% cancellation of total package amount if cancelled within 48 Hours prior to check in.
In case of premature departure ,100% of package cost for days not availed shall be forfeited.
